Non-Executive Director
Mr. Adeniyi Falade is a chartered accountant, Chartered Stockbroker, and an Investment Banker.
He had his professional accountancy training at PricewaterhouseCoopers Lagos, and Coopers & Lybrand Limited, Lagos. Before his recent appointment as Group Chief Operating Officer of Custodian Investment PLC, he was the Managing Director of CrusaderSterling Pensions Ltd. He also served as the Managing Director of LeadCapital Plc and Head of Investment Banking Groups at Ecobank Nigeria Plc and Lead Bank Plc at various times. He was the Head of Internal Control/Chief Inspector and Head of the Risk Management Department of Lead Bank Plc earlier in his career also.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) from the University of Ibadan. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Stockbrokers of Nigeria.
He serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of several companies, including Custodian Trustees Limited, Custodian and Allied Insurance Limited, UPDC Festival Hotel Limited, Interstate Securities Limited, and UPDC Plc. He also currently serves as Chairman of UPDC Facility Management Limited and previously served as Chairman of the Audit Committees of Seven-Up Plc and LeadCapital Plc.
He is an avid golfer and a member of Ikoyi Club 1938, Lakowe Golf Club, Ikeja Golf Club, and Lagos Motorboat Club.
