Bolade Abayomi Oluwaseun is a seasoned financial services professional with over a decade of hands-on experience spanning corporate banking, investment banking, corporate finance, internal control, and audit. He has demonstrated expertise in originating and executing complex transactions across power, infrastructure, telecommunications, financial services, and real estate sectors. Abayomi has successfully led and participated in the structuring and syndication of over US$1.5 billion in debt, project finance, and equity financings, as well as major M&A transactions.
Currently serving as Head, Corporate Banking at Quest Merchant Bank Limited, Abayomi is recognized for his strategic leadership in client relationship management, business development, and execution of high-impact financial solutions. His career highlights include advising on landmark transactions such as the Daraju debut Commercial Paper Programme, NNPCL’s $1.15 billion debt raise for refinery rehabilitation, Flour Mills of Nigeria PLC Bond Issuance Programme, and the CBN Power Sector N213 Billion Intervention Fund.
Abayomi holds an MSc in Finance from Coventry University, UK, and a BSc in Accounting from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has completed advanced training in leadership, project finance, and financial & Business analysis.
